Kim Rogers Fox, 67, of Taylorsville, N.C., went to be with her Lord on March 12, 2026, following a long and courageous battle with gallbladder cancer.

A woman of profound and unwavering faith, Kim walked daily with the Lord. Her commitment to her Christian beliefs and her family were the cornerstones of her life. She was a longtime member of Liledoun Baptist Church and a devoted member of Crosspoint Church, where she found great joy in serving others within her faith communities. A strong Christian woman who truly walked by faith, she modeled grace and strength to all who knew her.

After 20 years of dedicated service, she retired from the Alexander County School System in the Exceptional Children’s Program, where she left a lasting impact on countless students and colleagues. Beyond her professional life, she was an avid gardener and a passionate traveler who especially cherished trips to the beach. She truly enjoyed cooking, baking, and canning for family and friends. Above all, her favorite memories were those made with her beloved grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life and husband, Johnny Lee Fox; her parents, “T.C.” and Alma Rogers; her sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Ned Deal; her brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Linda Rogers; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Glade and Marie Fox; and two sisters-in-law, Kathy Fox and Pat Fox.

Her legacy of love lives on through her survivors: her son and daughter-in-law, Shannon and Yaidee Fox; her son, Matthew Fox; and her cherished grandchildren, Jacob Fox and Annabel Fox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Crosspoint Church of Taylorsville (5860 US-64 #90W, Taylorsville, NC 28681) will host a receiving of friends on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 4 to 5 p.m., followed by a service at 5 p.m.. A private graveside service will immediately follow.
