Nancy Gaye Campbell, 71, of Harmony, N.C., passed away at Catawba Valley Medical Center after a brief illness on February 26, 2026. Nancy was born on October 21st, 1954, in Iredell County to the late Emery Edwards and wife Rachel Beckham Edwards. Nancy worked at Zimmer in the patient care manufacturing department.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Colt Scott Lail.

Nancy is survived by her son, Scott Millsaps, and wife Mindy of Hickory; her daughter, Lisa M. Lail, and husband Scott of Bethlehem; her brother, David Lee Edwards, and wife Ellen of Harmony; her sister, Becky Mishoe, and husband Jerry of Statesville; her three grandchildren, Josh Lail, Maysie Webb, and Sidney Anthony; and her five great-grandchildren, Jaycie Webb, Annalisa Anthony, Jaxon Webb, Adalin Anthony, and Jace Lail.

Funeral services will be conducted at Salem Methodist Church of Mocksville, 169 Salem Church Road, Mocksville, NC, 27028, on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 2 p.m. Pastor Matthew Prince will be officiating. A visitation will occur one hour prior to the service. On Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, the family will assemble at the home, 367 Sheffield Road in Harmony.
