Mrs. Patricia Ann Long Henley, 79, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Levine and Dickson Hospice House at Southminster in Charlotte, N.C., following a lengthy illness. She was born in Iredell County on August 20, 1946, and was the daughter of the late Emma Long.

She attended Morningside High School and graduated from Huntington High School. She worked as a Housekeeper and a CNA at Huntington Hospital in New York for several years. She was married to Duane Matthew Henley, who survives.

She leaves to cherish the memory of her life her husband, Duane Henley of the home; one daughter, Yasmeen Meza of San Antonio, Texas; her brothers-in-law, Johnnie Henley (Zina) of Charlotte and Atarius Henley (Cherry) of Texas; her sister-in-law, Shirley Brown of Charlotte; several nieces and nephews, Calvin and Eva of Statesville; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
