DECEMBER 12
♦ Shenna Lynnette Smith, 38, of Hodgesmill Road, Dobson, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
DECEMBER 13
♦ Tory Craig Howell Jr., 29, of Clover Street, Mooresville, charged with manufacture Mdpv.
♦ Kyle Lee Isaac, 31, of Fletcher Street, Morganton, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Victoria Lee McGhee, 41, of East Broad Street, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
DECEMBER 14
♦ Chad Michael Sampson, 24, of Ridge Court, Morganton, charged with breaking or entering, and attempted larceny.
DECEMBER 15
♦ Kasey Raye Kerley, 28, of Johnny Martin Lane, Stony Point, charged with three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
DECEMBER 16
♦ Noah Lee Baker, 20, of Big Indian Loop, Mooresville, charged with six counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny of a firearm, larceny, and five counts of misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Daniel Casey Covington, 35, of Presbyterian Road, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Landon Lee Meadows, 20, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Teddy Dean Simpson, 54, of Carriage Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Daniel Robert Yeager, 48, of Hampton, Tenn., charged with larceny and larceny of a vehicle.
DECEMBER 17
♦ Erin Love Moore, 45, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with medical assistance recipient fraud and misdemeanor food stamp fraud.
♦ Robert William Oneill Jr., 54, of Dovetail Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
♦ Spencer Edward Schwab, 29, of Academy Street, Cornelius, charged with breaking or entering.
♦ Michael Bradley Tadlock, 23, of Patterson Farm Road, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, assault inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of counterfeit, uttering a forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretenses, and misdemeanor assault on a female.
DECEMBER 18
♦ Norman Andrew Batz, 33, of Barbary Drive, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor communicating threats.
♦ Sandra Burch Howard, 42, of Shady Valley Lane, Claremont, charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Stephen Brent Lomax, 48, of Williams Road, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.
♦ Jason Robert Yoder, 42, of Shady Valley Lane, Claremont, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
