JANUARY 22
♦ Markeoni A’Nique Fleming, 20, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with altering, destroying or stealing evidence, misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JANUARY 23
♦ Eric Steven Goden, 65, of Isle of Pines Road, Mooresville, charged with two counts of insurance fraud.
♦ Tracy Elaine Millsaps, 49, of Jericho Road, Harmony, charged with sell or deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Isaiah David Musto, 32, of Joe Knox Avenue, Mooresville, charged with soliciting a child by computer.
♦ James Kasey Shoemake, 27, of Moose Club Road, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
JANUARY 24
♦ Gilberto Vasquez Flores, 31, of Eastgate Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and felony probation violation.
♦ Lorenzo Cortez Jetton, 25, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of larceny, and one count of misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Lance Tyler Loper, 22, of Kilborne Road, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, and misdemeanor assault.
♦ Melissa Marie Smith, 30, of Forney Drive, Olin, charged with sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
♦ Robert Kent Stevenson Jr., 38, of Smyre Lane, Statesville, charged with three counts of sex offender/fail to report and sex offender residence limitation violation.
♦ Katelynn Paige Woolledge, 23, of Hazel Lane, Troutman, charged with conspiring to commit larceny, two counts of larceny, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 25
♦ Austin Lynn Beaver, 26, of Shining Armor Court, Mooresville, charged with felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver as schedule VI controlled substance, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Kevin Raynard Joyner, 36, of Newbern Avenue, Statesville, charged with trafficking heroin.
♦ Carlton Isiah Ross Perrusquia, 20, of N. Miller Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Tristan Pilar Scott, 31, of Trina Lane, Hiddenite, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 26
♦ Ryan Jeffrey Espe, 25, of E. Center Avenue, Mooresville, charged with two counts of larceny and four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Courtney Renee Lanktree, 38, of E. Center Street, Mooresville, charged with larceny, conspiring to commit larceny, and four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Michael Brandon Holmes, 40, of Savannah Road, Tabor City, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Sherry Sharon Jackson, 38, of Dalton Drive, Mooresville, charged with food nutrition fraud.
♦ Charles Michael Lanail Long, 28, of Ashe Street, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a vehicle, and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Brian Thomas Miller, 35, of S. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Bobby Wayne Potts Jr., 31, of Hanes Grove Road, Hamptonville, charged with breaking or entering, breaking or entering a vehicle, and misdemeanor trespass.

♦ Dana Bevins Williams Jr., 48, of Troutman Farm Road, Statesville, charged with larceny or a vehicle, possession of stolen goods, possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
