The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JULY 30
William Joseph McCurdy, 29, of James Way, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JULY 31
James Matthew Allen, 41, of Barry Oak Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering and two counts of larceny.

Jeffrey Dean Eckles, 53 of S. Meeting Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to register.

Tamiko Talithia Robinson, 41, of Grainger Lane, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

AUGUST 1
Joshua Kane Burton, 37, of Hobbs Lane, Mooresville, charged with second-degree kidnapping, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor communicating threats.

Eduardo Madjeed Cordova, 18, of Brown Ridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of attempted breaking or entering.

James Wiley Nathaniel Stokes, 34, of Winchester Road, Troutman, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

AUGUST 2
Robert Wayne Jenkins, 31, of Cross Country Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

Dylan Lee Yates, 23, of Traphill Union Road, Traphill, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

AUGUST 3
Eva Mata Carbajal, 23, of Deep Water Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

Raymond Stacy Morgan, 52, of Morgan Lane, Stony Point, charged with six counts of trafficking heroin.

AUGUST 4
♦ LaFonda Tenice Cornelius, 34, of N. Krider Street, Cleveland, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and embezzlement.

Benjamin Lee Hurley, 38, of Lockhart Farm Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Payton Rose Schwantes, 24, of Linker Lane, Stony Point, charged with possession of heroin and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
