The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 30
Darran Deshawn Lyons, 34, of N. Mulberry Street, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

Chad Bradley Moore, 43, of Fern Hill Road, Troutman, charged with two counts of identity theft.

Davion Lamont Roseboro, 19, of Paul Payne Store Road, Alexander, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

OCTOBER 31
William Tyler Suber, 18, of Old Wilkesboro Road, Statesville, charged with 35 counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, three counts of larceny of a firearm, 10 counts of misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor probation violation.

NOVEMBER 3
William Scott Estes, 22, of Trumpet Branch Road, Olin, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Matthew Gaines Suber, 37, of Old Wilkesboro Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.

NOVEMBER 4
♦ David Alan Nagy, 59, of Trivette Road, Union Grove, charged with 10 counts of assault with a firearm on a law enforcement officer, assault on emergency personnel, and three counts of manufacture or possess a weapon of mass death and destruction.

NOVEMBER 5
Jeffrey Lynn Bolton, 50, of Lonesome Dove Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ernest Jerome Robinson, 42, of Island Ford Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession with intent manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

Lawrence Schmidt, 68, of Badin Lane, Mooresville, charged with 18 counts of felony stalking and 18 counts of misdemeanor violation of a Domestic Violence Protection Order.

Latoya Lynette Smith, 32, of Adams Street, Statesville, charged with two counts possession with intent to manufacture, two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and two counts of sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.

Kjaji Khydanne Sullivan, 24, of Bay Street, Rochester, N.Y., charged with felony probation violation.
