The Mooresville Police Department reported the following arrests:

MAY 15
Quintavious Dianta Calhoun, 30, of Broadwell Avenue, Calhoun, S.C., charged with trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in opium or heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and misdemeanor interfering with emergency communications.

Josue Manuel Guzman, 47, of Reed Creek Road, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

MAY 17
Toni Miaya Jackson, 21, of Herrin Avenue, Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Gabriel Christian Peele, 20, of Eastcrest Drive, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, and conspiracy to commit larceny, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

MAY 18
Markeith Kane Phifer, 25, of Nahcotta Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, possession of a weapon by a felon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

MAY 19
Jason Dale Maxwell, 33, of S. Arcadian Way, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering and misdemeanor larceny.

MAY 22
♦ Joshua Albert Brown, 37, of Oak Lead Circle, Cornelius, charged with two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver drugs, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
