The Statesville Police Department reported the following arrests:

FEBRUARY 16
♦ Tammie Terrell Heller, 34, of Woodlawn Drive, Statesville, charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, resist, delay or obstruc an officer, and communicating threats.

FEBRUARY 17
♦ Tremayne Da Lee Daniels, 23, of Deaton Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 25
♦ Ernest Glenn Butcher, 39, of Deer Forest Lane, Denton, charged with felony probation violation.

Crime Reports

The SPD is investigating the following reports:

FEBRUARY 19
♦ A resident of the 1300 block of Davie Avenue reported a breaking or entering, and property damage.

FEBRUARY 21
♦ A resident of the 1200 block of Ascending Lane reported a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and the theft of a Hewlett Packard laptop computer.

♦ A resident of the 800 block of North Center Street reported the theft of a 2013 Infiniti SUV.

FEBRUARY 22
♦ A resident of the 1100 block of Caldwell Street reported an attempted burglary and property damage.

FEBRUARY 24
♦ A Union Grove couple reported a motor vehicle break-in in the 2100 block of Davie Avenue and the theft of credit and debit cards and a purse.

♦ A property manager reported a breaking or entering and property damage in the 1300 block of Caldwell Street.

♦ A Statesville resident reported an arson in the 1300 block of Old Charlotte Road.
