District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported the dispositions of the following cases during the December 6 term of Iredell County Superior Court:

♦ Robert Buchanan pleaded guilty to Failure to Report New Address – Sex Offender and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months in prison.

♦ Rashad Darrisaw pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in prison. He was also sentenced to 8 to 19 months in prison on a probation violation.

♦ Lee Williams pleaded guilty to Failure to Report New Address – Sex Offender and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 76 to 104 months in prison.

♦ Shane Josey pleaded guilty to four counts of Sale of Marijuana and one count of Sale of Methamphetamine. He was sentenced to four consecutive suspended sentences of 5 to 15 months, plus one sentence of 10 to 21 months suspended, with supervised probation for 36 months. He received an active split sentence of 75 days in custody and was ordered to pay $2,350 in restitution to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. He was ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.

♦ Travis Dulin pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Property and was sentenced to 120 days suspended with 12 months of unsupervised probation.

♦ Maurice Knox pleaded guilty to Assault by Strangulation and Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order. He was sentenced to 20 to 33 months in prison.

♦ Cody Hammond pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, Possess Heroin and Possess Cocaine. He was sentenced to 8 to 19 months in prison. At the expiration of that sentence, he was sentenced to 5 to 15 months suspended with 18 months supervised probation.

♦ Marshall Hackett pleaded guilty to Trafficking Marijuana by Transport and was sentenced to 25 to 39 months in prison.

♦ James Springs pleaded guilty to Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by Felon. He was sentenced to 40 to 60 months in prison. At the expiration of that sentence, he was sentenced to 150 days suspended with 24 months supervised probation.

♦ Breanna Delany pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Opium/Heroin and was sentenced to 13 to 25 months suspended with 24 months supervised probation.

♦ Dylan Vargas pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 11 to 23 months in prison.

♦ Billy Tilley pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by a Felon and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 13 to 25 months, suspended.

♦ James Hammond pleaded guilty to two counts Sell Cocaine and was sentenced to 10 to 21 months, suspended.

♦ William Montgomery pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months, suspended.

♦ Phillip Folsom pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months, suspended.

♦ Richard Wingate pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, Uttering a Forged Instrument and Possession of Methamphetamine and received consecutive suspended sentences.

♦ Jason Mullen pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 77 to 105 months in prison.
