Statesville Dance and Performing Arts offers classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, POM and Acrobatic Arts as well as Preschool and Adult Classes.
After opening the business in June 2020, owner Laura Hanson has been expanding classes at the growing studio to bring something new and exciting to Statesville.
Statesville Dance and Performing Arts is pleased to announce a brand new program “Class Act”, youth drama classes for students in grades K-9. Instructor Kimberly Hicks will hold classes on Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m. for grades K-4 and 10 to 11 a.m. for grades 5-9. Classes run through the end of May. Also new to the studio in 2021 is Revelation Wellness taught by Mandy Shelton on Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Each class will include a low-intensity total body workout followed by a Be Still & Be Loved Cooldown and stretch. All fitness levels welcome! Classes are just $5 drop-in or purchase a $20 punch card for five classes.
Statesville Dance instructor Amanda Troutman, a certified Personal Trainer, offers Personal Training sessions to as people in reaching their personal health and fitness goals. Piano & Voice Lessons
