The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

AUGUST 26
♦ David Louis Linton, 47, of Taylorsville Manufacturing Road, Taylorsville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ Nathan James Prentice, 28, of S. Chipley Ford Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Crystal Rose Winstead, 36, of Twilight Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, a misdemeanor drug offense, two counts of misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

AUGUST 27
♦ Edwardo Renteria Martinez, 24, of Broad Meadow Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Charles James Lyons, 23, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and two counts of conspiracy.

♦ Rebecca Emily Prevette, 20, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and two counts of conspiracy.

♦ Tamir Elsea Randall, 27, of Logan Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 28
♦ Kenneth David Hammond Jr., 47, of Security Drive, Statesville, charged with violation of a Domestic Violence Protection Order.

AUGUST 29
♦ Amber Danielle Scism, 39, of McCarran Trail, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Moses Lincoln Woods, 23, of Grove Drive, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, three counts of misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

♦ Kenneth Dwayne Woodward, 36, of W. 16th Street Kannapolis, charged with felony probation.

AUGUST 30
♦ Crystal Amanda Gallimore, 34, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Kenneth David Hammond Jr., 47, of Security Drive, Statesville, charged with felony stalking.

♦ Tony Sapp Jr., 20, of 40th Avenue SW, Seattle, Wash., was served with a Governor’s Warrant.

AUGUST 31
♦ Curtis Dean Hayes, 59, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with breaking or entering.

♦ Corey Allen Leazer, 31, of Cady Court, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.

♦ Charles James Lyons, 23, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering, three counts of larceny after breaking or entering and two counts of conspiracy.

♦ Rebecca Emily Prevette, 20, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering, two counts of larceny after breaking or entering and two counts of conspiracy.

♦ Cruz Aguirre Serrano, 29, of Eastway Drive, Charlotte, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Marco Antonio Yanez-Garcia, 50, of Old Mocksville Road, Statesville, charged with intentional child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury and misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.

SEPTEMBER 1
♦ Christopher Allen Rumple, 36, of Scotts Creek Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor communicating threats.
