The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 13
♦ Francis James Colletti, 54, of East Front Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and four misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Shawntay Murice Martin, 40, of Beauty Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Wayne Anthony Williams, 34, of Deaton Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

OCTOBER 14
♦ Casey Dawn Garrett, 32, of Lakewind Drive, Mooresville, charged with probation violation.

♦ Dejoun Ladamian Jones, 29, of Standish Street, Salisbury, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, misdemeanor child abuse, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Chad Allen Krantz, 50, of Breezeview Place, Mooresville, charged with nine counts of felony secretly peeping into a room occupied by a female and two misdemeanor counts of secretly peeping into a room occupied by a female.

♦ Brandon Zackery Joyner, 39, of Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.

OCTOBER 15
♦ Tiffany Marie Hall, 37, of Deer Valley Drive, Cleveland, charged with being a fugitive from justice, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and a misdemeanor drug offense.

OCTOBER 16
♦ Ramon Israel Garcia, 36, of Mike Drive, Salisbury, charged with larceny from a construction site.

♦ Matthew James Williams, 41, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

OCTOBER 18
♦ Jeffery Shane Edward Bales, 34, of Suzanne Lane, Statesville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.

♦ Ismael Rafael Torres, 23, of Pine Street, Chester, S.C., was served with a true bill felony indictment.

OCTOBER 19
♦ Brandon Hugh Bell, 26, of Hamptonville Road, Yadkin, charged with alter or destroy stolen motor vehicle parts, possession of stolen goods, possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy.

♦ Misty Elizabeth Hershberger-Davis, 42, of Sain Road, Statesville, charged with larceny, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor trespass.

♦ Marie Cleary Dugger, 47, of Lundy Road, Statesville, charged with alter or destroy stolen motor vehicle parts, possession of stolen goods and conspiracy.

♦ Dakota Ray Jones Ferguson, 26, of County Line Road, Harmony, charged with alter or destroy stolen motor vehicle parts, possession of stolen goods and conspiracy.

♦ Cory Wesley Johnson, 50, of Jefferson Farm Road, Statesville, charged with 10 counts of statutory rape of a child, five counts of disseminating obscenity, indecent liberties with children and attempted second-degree forcible rape.

♦ Jonathan Ray Lowman, 36, of Lundy Road, Statesville, charged with alter or destroy motor vehicle parts, possession of stolen goods, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy.

♦ Brian Gene Waters, 54, of Camelot Drive, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.

OCTOBER 20
♦ Douglas Reid Cox III, 45, of Koa Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of assaulting an officer inflicting injury, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor injury to personal property, two counts of resist or delay an officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
