The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 18
♦ Craig Anthony Ruff, 27, of Second Street SE, Hickory, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

OCTOBER 21
♦ David Michael Cole, 64, of Mills Forest Lane, Mooresville, charged with manufacturing Mdpv, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Tiffany Lea Heath, 40, of East Webb Street, Dallas, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Michael David Kistler, 48, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Joshua Andrew Moore, 35, of Ginger Lane, Mooresville, charged with sex offender at or near child premises and parole violation.

♦ James Lamont Wilson, 48, of Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with taking a financial transaction card, obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.

OCTOBER 22
♦ Kate Buchanan Kelly, 42, of Barbary Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, three misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

OCTOBER 23
♦ Pedro Hernandez-Robles, 36, of Lowdermilk Street, Greensboro, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Craig Anthony Ruff, 27, of Second Street SE, Hickory, was served with two true bill felony indictments.

OCTOBER 24
♦ Tony Dewayne Burke, 52, of Charles Street, Statesville, charged with hit and run with injury.

♦ Andrew William Gray, 28, of E. Memorial Highway, Harmony, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor interfering with emergency communications.

♦ Leigh Ann Smilie, 49, of Ivey Ostwalt Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

OCTOBER 25
♦ Anthony James Sadler, 19, of Cambridge Place, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle, flee/elude arrest in a motor vehicle and numerous moving violations.

OCTOBER 26
♦ Rex Leroy Locke, 42, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with perpetrate hoax/use of false bomb or other device.

♦ Ricky Bernard Sanders Jr., 41, of Spencer Avenue, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor trespass.

♦ Ricky Pernell Swilling Jr., 38, of Rose Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
