The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 2
♦ Ernest Christopher Bruce, 40, of Shaw Road, Harmony, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

♦ Charles James Lyons, 23, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 3
♦ Tony Lee Baynard, 62, of Carolina Avenue N, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.

♦ Steven Lee Caskey, 43, of Westbrook Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Lucas Nathaniel Coombes, 20, of Sain Road, Statesville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.

♦ Douglas Scott Groce, 53, of Scotts Creek Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and four misdemeanor drug offenses.

SEPTEMBER 4
♦ Jack Eugene Wilson Jr., 38, of Suzanne Lane, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 5
♦ Andrew Mitchell Anderson, 36, of Freedom Drive, Charlotte, charged with three counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny, larceny of a motor vehicle and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Tony Ray Sprinkle, 45, of Union Grove Road, Harmony, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

SEPTEMBER 6
♦ Timothy Ryan Chapman, 30, of Titanium Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Steven Allen Goins Jr., 41, of Triplett Road, Cleveland, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor breaking or entering.

♦ James Murry Smoot, 54, of 5th Street, Statesville, charged with indecent liberties with children.

SEPTEMBER 7
♦ Joseph Chandler Cowan, 40, of Winston Avenue, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation, two counts of misdemeanor child abandonment, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Monte K. Gore, 63, of River Road, Bainbridge, Pa., charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, felony flee to elude arrest in a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor hit and run with property damage, misdemeanor aggressive driving and misdemeanor vandalism.

♦ Ashley Nicole Jennings, 30, of Hamshire Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense and two counts of misdemeanor probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 8
♦ Tyerra Ray, 34, of Havenbrook Drive, Mooresville, charged with food stamp fraud.

♦ Jimmie Ray Terrell Jr., 56, of Wilson Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and three counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Kimberly Leigh Tuttle, 34, of Summit Lane, Wilkesboro, charged with felony probation violation.
