The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the community in identifying a suspect who stole items from a residence on Moose Club Road near Troutman.

The suspect entered the property on Saturday, February 5. He was driving a white GMC van which did not have a registration plate on it. There was also a utility trailer attached to the van

The suspect broke into a building on the property, stole a three-wheeler and other items of value from the property, according to the ICSO.

The suspect had a young child with him at the time of the breaking and entering. When the property owner arrived at the scene and confronted the suspect, he quickly unhooked his trailer and fled in the van.
