District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced that the following cases were disposed of during the June 28 session of H & I Felony District Court in Iredell County:

♦ Katie Buckner pleaded guilty to Felony Aid and Abet Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts and Misdemeanor Larceny. She was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended.

♦ Travis Castro pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Attempted Break or Enter a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.

♦ Bradley Crider pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months in prison.

♦ Chasity Hearne pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 8 to 19 moths suspended.

♦ Cody Hudgins pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended.

♦ William Jones pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in prison.

♦ Bobby Messer pleaded guilty to Communicating Threats and Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to 120 days suspended with a split sentence of 20 days in jail.

♦ Michael Morgan pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.

♦ Dustin Russell pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 14 to 26 months suspended with a split sentence of 20 days in jail.

♦ Peyton Shortridge pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended.

♦ Kristen Smith pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

♦ Michelle Stultz pleaded guilty to four counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended.

♦ Daniel Yeager pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 11 to 23 months suspended.
