District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported the following dispositions of criminal cases during the recent term of Superior Court in Iredell County:

♦ Stephen Lazenby pleaded guilty to possess firearm by felon and received a sentence of 9-20 months in prison.

♦ Chino Smith pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Conspiracy to Obtain Property by False Pretenses. He received two consecutive suspended sentences of 11-23 months and one additional consecutive suspended sentence of 8-19 months.

♦ Odalis Gonzalez pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempted Level 2 Trafficking in Cocaine and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison.

♦ Jonathan White pleaded guilty to Malicious Conduct by a Prisoner and was sentenced to 24-38 months in prison.

♦ Joshua Moose pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 9-20 months in prison.

♦ Kimberly Hatcher pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended.

♦ Perry Webb pleaded guilty to Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 7-18 months suspended.

♦ Linda Danheim pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.

♦ Christina Bell pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to three days in jail.

♦ Tyler Peacock pleaded guilty to Discharging a Weapon into Occupied Dwelling and was sentenced to 59-83 months in prison.

♦ William Pennell pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 10-21 months in prison.

♦ Ladonovan Pharr pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended.

♦ William Crawley pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Heroin and was sentenced to 9-20 months in prison.
