The following cases were heard during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Chris Scott was tried and convicted by a jury of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Donny Wilder pleaded no contest to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Michelle Mathis pleaded guilty to Sell Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 19-32 months suspended.
♦ Baxter Hendricks pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Opiates and two counts of Identity Theft. He was sentenced to 17-30 months suspended.
♦ John Zeletski pleaded guilty to Indecent Liberties and was sentenced to 17-30 months suspended with an active split sentence of 90 days in jail. He was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Cliff Few pleaded no contest to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Carrying a Concealed Weapon and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
♦ Joey Wilhelm pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Breaking or Entering and Possession of Firearm by Felon. He was sentenced to 22-33 months plus 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Kevin Williamson pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Firearm by Felon and one count of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver cocaine and was sentenced to 18-31 months suspended.
♦ Kyron Baker pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempted Trafficking in Opiates and one count of Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to two consecutive, suspended sentences of 21-35 months.
♦ Jaylon Westbrook pleaded guilty to three counts of Discharging a Weapon into Occupied Property, Possession of Firearm by Felon and Solicit Minor to Gang Activity and was sentenced to 18-31 months in prison plus 36-56 months suspended.
♦ Anazi Quiller pleaded guilty to three counts of Discharging Weapon into Occupied Property and was sentenced to 28-46 months suspended.
♦ Davonte Troutman pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Jamen Cowan pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Michael Boyce pleaded no contest to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Brandy Black pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 7-18 months suspended.
♦ Keith Hoover pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 24-48 months plus 10-21 months plus 90 days in prison.
♦ Edgar Rodriquez pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon, four counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison.
♦ Fengming Li pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.
♦ Jamaal Fairfax pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 35-51 months in prison.
