“Partnering with Allen Tate will give my company and its agents access to training, tools, technology and support to serve our clients even better,” Todd said. “The Allen Tate brand will also make us more attractive to the best agents in the area and allow us the opportunity to grow with the most professional team.”

“Royal Properties has grown steadily in the Lake Norman area and will allow us to better serve buyers and sellers in the northern and western communities of this beautiful region,” said Gary Scott, president of  Allen Tate Company. “We’re very excited to partner with Mike and his team.”

In addition to Todd and Green, Realtor Mike Cerven will also partner with Allen Tate. Assistant Property Manager Kim Bonarrigo will continue to work with Allen Tate/Royal Properties.
