Fifty Community Singers of Lake Norman will perform “The Story” in December with 10 musicians and accompanist Marla Young.

Artistic Director, Charles Morrow will lead the performance with the unique music of Mack Wilberg, Joe Miller (Westminster), Elaine Hagenberg, and other composers. The conductor will create magical music with his own interpretation of the compositions and our collective memories of Christmas past.

As you listen to the music and close your eyes, you will think you are in heaven being sung to by a choir of angels. Next, you will feel the humor as Fum, Fum, Fum and Christmas Crazes are sung; ‘Tis the holiday season.

The first concert is scheduled for 3 p.m. on December 3 at Central United Methodist Church in Mooresville.

The next performance is set for 7:30 p.m. on December 5 at Huntersville United Methodist Church.

Then the Community Singers will perform at 7:30 p.m. on December 11 at Bethel Presbyterian Church in Cornelius.

Finally, the choral group will be caroling at the Billy Graham Library on the eve of December 22.
