The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JUNE 15
♦ Thomas Lee Morrison Jr., 41, of Knox Avenue, Statesville, charged with six counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance.

♦ Kala Kay Nicole Rust, 32, of Sulphur Springs Road, Hiddenite, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the sale or use of controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 16
♦ Christopher Robert Anderson, 43, of W. San Alejandro Drive, Goodyear, Va., charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Jamie Miranda Cape, 31, of Wild Rabbit Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Dennis Eugene Everhart, 52, of Selma Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Stephen Dennis Horner, 49, of Goldenrod Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Rebecca Noelle Kirkpatrick, 36, of Kirk Street, China Grove, charged with habitual larceny and misdemeanor larceny.

JUNE 18
♦ Caleb Javon Babson, 31, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ David William Bates Jr., 39, of Longview Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Dennis Scott Bolding, 46, of Pasture Drive, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Mitchell Ryan Grayson, 36, of Brushy Mountain Road, Moravian Falls, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and four misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Amy Rebecca Sloop, 37, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 19
♦ Elizabeth Suzanne Bailey, 37, of Bluff Court, Statesville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.

♦ Bobbie Lynn Campbell, 32, of Old Miller Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, breaking or entering and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Christopher Malachi Cowan, 62, of Garfield Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance.

JUNE 20
♦ Austin Joseph Malinoski, 19, of Village Point Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of assault inflicting serious injury on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Tiewon Saheed Miller, 33, of Allen Creek Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture.

JUNE 21
♦ Courtney Lee Hines, 43, of Triplett Road, Cleveland, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance.

♦ Chadrick Ty-Quan McGee, 27, of Partnership Way, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury.

♦ David Lionel Turmelle Jr., 50, of Strawberry Hill Lane, Cleveland, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Madison Elizabeth Uptain, 21, of Winding Arbor Circle, Cleveland, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 22
♦ James Edward Booher, 40, of Cedar Bay Point, Casselberry, Fla., charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Dustin John Russell, 33, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Shane Antwain Terry, 38, of Randolph Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of larceny and one count of misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Melissa Michel Waldoch, 55, of Slanting Bridge Road, Catawba, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
