The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MAY 26
♦ Jeremiah Hernandez Freeland, 18, of Watercrest Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor assault on a government officer, misdemeanor larceny and resist or delay an officer.
MAY 27
♦ Paul Cera Escamilla, 26, of Landecrest Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Carmona Pedroza, 31, of 9th Avenue SE, Hickory, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MAY 28
♦ Cesar Armando Garcia, 24, of McBride Road, Mt. Airy, charged with assault inflicting serious injury on a law enforcement officer.
♦ Dusty Dean McHargue, 33, of Short Ridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with attempted first-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.
MAY 29
♦ Thomas Henry Freeland, 52, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MAY 30
♦ Kaylan OBrien Brandon, 28, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Daniel Scott Cox, 31, of Kistler Farm Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor interfering with emergency communications and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Donna Munday Duncan, 60, of Olin Loop, Olin, charged with habitual larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Victor Dwayne Hall, 57, of Park Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
♦ Sammy Ray Harmon Jr., 27, of Old Highway 21, State Road, charged with possession of heroin and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ John Daniel Oxendine, 49, of Carriage Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MAY 31
♦ William Joshua Byard, 31, of no fixed address, Stony Point, charged with interfering with a jail or prison fire system.
♦ James Christopher Glinski, 38, of Camberly Road, Huntersville, charged with malicious conduct by prisoner.
♦ Alicia Mae Wellington, 26, of Lipton Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
JUNE 1
♦ Whitney Elise Absher, 27, of E. Chamblee Driver, Salisbury, charged with possession of heroin and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Shawn Robert Doane, 40, of Hartness Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.
♦ Candina Nadene Robbins, 26, of Linney Mill Road, Union Grove, charged with possession of cocaine.
♦ Jeremy Allen Sage Jr., 22, of Hartness Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.
JUNE 2
♦ Glenn Patrick Bennett, 40, of Perrou Court, Greensboro, charged with second-degree burglary, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, misdemeanor vandalism and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Justin Briar Martin, 28, of E. Page Hager Road, Cleveland, charged with breaking or entering, resisting or delaying an officer, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Lissa Cheri Whitaker, 39, of Alexander Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
