The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

MAY 5
♦ Joshua Kane Burton, 39, of Rosy Apple Lane, Statesville, charged with uttering a forged instrument and obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Akura O’Manessh, 25, of Mission Oaks Street, Kannapolis, charged with uttering a forged instrument and obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Shena Bonnie Marie Mitchell, 35, of Damron Lane, Harmony, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and larceny.

MAY 6
♦ Richard Lynn Outz, 58, of Alexis Lucia Road, Stanley, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jarquil Demonte Steward, 40, of 3rd Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and two counts of misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Patrick Tyler Wooten, 30, of Ijames Church Road, Mocksville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

MAY 7
♦ Brent Allen Dingess, 31, of Brookwood Road, Morganton, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Brentyn Dallas Heffner, 30, of Storm Lane, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a female, four misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor interfering with emergency communication.

♦ Joshua Manuel Lopez, 29, of Jasmine Circle, Troutman, charged with 10 counts of taking a financial transaction card.

♦ Nichole Cartela Ramirez, 20, of Halyburton Road, Stony Point, charged with two counts of taking a financial transaction card and two counts of misdemeanor transaction card fraud.

♦ Robert Vincent Stackhouse, 35, of Marcel Road, Statesville, charged with manufacture mdpv, possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.

MAY 8
♦ Erica Dawn Davis, 33, of Howard Street, Rockwell, charged with identity theft and felony probation violation.

♦ De’Ante Lybrian Denny, 27, of Mebane Street, Mooresville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of change of address.

♦ Terry Lee Jones, 55, of Sharon Ridge Lane, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, felony probation violation and misdemeanor trespass.

♦ Kenneth Lee Nichols, 59, of Parsley Lane, Harmony, charged with possession of cocaine.

MAY 9
♦ Terry Lee Jones, 55, of Sharon Ridge Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.

♦ Chelsea Rose Wilson, 38, of Fifth Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering.

MAY 10
♦ Heather Renae Abercrombie, 35, of Allen Lane, Conover, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Eleanor Kay Harmon, 25, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, four misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Chelsea Rose Wilson, 38, of Fifth Street, Statesville, charged with larceny.

MAY 11
♦ Jennifer Leigh Benfield, 39, of Shalom Place, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.

♦ Brandi Nichole Burton, 39, of Miller Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Scott Bryan Penaloza, 22, of Via Romano, Charlotte, charged with three counts of first-degree burglary, breaking or entering, 10 counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny, four counts of larceny after breaking or entering, five counts of larceny of a motor vehicle, five counts of taking a financial transaction card, and nine counts of conspiracy.

MAY 12
♦ Ricky Delorenzo, 40, of Charlotte charged with common law robbery, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor interfering with emergency communication, and misdemeanor hit and run with property damage.
