The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 12
♦ Richard Allen Kruger, 40, of West Ballpark Road, Gaston, S.C., charged with five counts of indecent liberties with a minor.
♦ Dylan Rober Maslon, 26, of Northampton Drive, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure and misdemeanor communicating threats.
OCTOBER 13
♦ Tiffany Ann Davis, 41, of Douglas Street, Statesville, charged with conspiracy, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Jermaine J. Jordan, 20, of Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with being a fugitive from justice.
OCTOBER 14
♦ Keith Andrew Adams, 59, of Cooper Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IB controlled substance, resist or delay a public officer and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jacqulynn Mychelle Kirkpatrick, 33, of Avon Street, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
♦ Zaykeeya Carolyn Smith, 28, of Parkertown Road, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious injury on a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
OCTOBER 15
♦ Michael Shane Beaver, 32, of Morse Street, Mocksville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 16
♦ Keith Andrew Adams, 59, of Cooper Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
♦ Kelly Jerome Campbell, 33, of Wallace Street, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ George Steve Pesantez-Arteaga, 19, of Wexford Way, Statesville, charged with intimidating a witness and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
OCTOBER 17
♦ Bradley Keith Sigmon, 53, of Goodman Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation and two counts of misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Kapetra Monique Simpson, 41, of Standish Street, Salisbury, charged with conspiracy, three counts sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Maiseigh Ann Smith, 18, of Henderson Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for sale or use of controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 18
♦ Matthew Orren Fuller, 41, of Charlotte Highway, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Michael William Kuster, 36, of Woodtree Lane, Troutman, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Juan Antonio Luciano, 66, of Dellray Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of change of address.
