The following cases were disposed during recent terms of in Iredell County H & I Felony District Court:
♦ David Merritt pleaded guilty to Assault by Strangulation and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Christopher Wolfe pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison.
♦ Andrew Noell pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and three counts of Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended on the Felony Larceny and three 12-month active sentences on the Driving While Impaired charges.
♦ Jasmine Sperlin pleaded guilty to Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Naeem Hammond pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 11-23 months suspended.
♦ Kentrel Overton pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 7-18 months suspended.
♦ Adam George pleaded guilty to Uttering a Forged Instrument and Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 11-23 months suspended.
♦ James Nichols pleaded guilty to Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 9-20 months in prison.
♦ Gregory Wallace pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and Domestic Violence Protective Order Violation and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Jeremy Foster pleaded guilty to Habitual Larceny and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison.
♦ Tyreese Wilkes pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Derrius Wallace pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Michael Murdock pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny and Felony Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 9-20 months suspended.
♦ Audrey Stewart pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended on the Cocaine charge and 12 months suspended with an active sentence of 30 days in jail on the Driving While Impaired.
♦ Veda Mills pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Shane Terry pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 10-21 months in prison.
♦ Derek Zika pleaded guilty to Burning Personal Property and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.
♦ Harlis Crum pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 18-31 months in prison.
♦ Justin Aponte pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell Marijuana and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Amy Sloop pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended, with an active split sentence of 10 days in jail.
♦ Ashley Robbins pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 7-18 months suspended, with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Michael Watts pleaded guilty to Larceny of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 9-24 months in prison.
