The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
FEBRUARY 28
♦ Michael Shawn Duncan, 53, of Carolyn Road, Alexander, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm by a felon, five misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
FEBRUARY 29
♦ William David Lambert, 33, of Damascus Church Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Carson Dean Sain, 24, of Old Mocksville Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering an two counts of larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Cesar Chavez Santibanez, 43, of Dogwood Estate Circle, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Heath Ray Davis, 23, of Grahamson Lane, Charlotte, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor speeding, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Cassidy Layle Bailey, 27, of Cady Court, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Steven Lawrence Hancock, 38, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Isaiah Leon Mayfield Jr., 52, of Buddy Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Caleb Dalton Smoot, 32, of Byrds Curve Road, Elkin, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 5
♦ Kenquetta Monique Alex, 45, of Allstown Way, Troutman, charged with uttering a forged instrument, identity theft and obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Antonio Lamar Crowder, 39, of Indian Paint Brush Drive, Mooresville, charged with habitual larceny and three counts of misdemeanor shoplifting.
♦ Ronald Shawn Griffith, 46, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with trafficking heroin, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Zachary Tylor Hartness, 28, of Sharon School Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kenneth Charles Long III, 27, of Old U.S. 421 Highway West, Yadkinville, charged with nine counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
♦ Jaquelyn Michelle Moss, 38, of Twilight Drive, Claremont, charged with trafficking heroin, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, two counts possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Arley Dwaine Brooks III, 50, of Johnson Dairy, Mooresville, charged with trafficking heroin and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Larry Delvon Doulin Jr., 25, of Dalton Road, Mocksville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Seth Lee Fink, 21, of Shepherd Ridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine.
♦ Steven Floyd Fish, 36, of Mott Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Kasey Allen Randol, 33, of Rita Drive, Statesville, charged with identity theft, misdemeanor provide false information to an officer, misdemeanor driving while license revoked, misdemeanor speeding and misdemeanor reckless driving.
♦ Mandy Leigh Ann Sisco, 40, of Cal Kennedy Road, Cleveland, charged with embezzlement of controlled substances by employee.
MARCH 7
♦ Amanda Lynn Cline, 37, of W. Gray Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, three counts of felony probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Randy Crayton Kale, 46, of Baywatch Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen goods, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Margaret Evans Meadows, 45, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ James Sterling Rogero, 64, of Houston Road, Troutman, charged with kidnapping, second-degree forcible sex offense, four counts of misdemeanor sexual battery, and misdemeanor give alcohol to a minor.
