Special to Iredell Free News

Iredell Museums is now accepting registration for two upcoming summer camps.

Mad Scientist Camp, which will be held June 10-14, offers participants a chance to get messy and conduct amazing experiments.

Discovery Camp, scheduled for July 22-26, will challenge campers to work together each day to solve the camp mystery!

The camps will be full of crafts, games, and STEM-based activities to keep the kids engaged and learning.

Held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, the camps are designed for youth ages 5-13. The camp is limited to 15 children and preregistration is required.

Each child should bring a packed lunch. The museum will provide a mid-morning snack and drink.

The cost is $185 per camper. A $15 discount is offered for each additional sibling.

Payment is due on the first day of camp upon arrival. Adults are required to fill out a registration form. Monday June 3 is the registration deadline for the Mad Scientist Camp, and July 15 is the registration deadline for the Discovery Camp.
