The induction ceremony symbolizes the commitment of each new member to Rotary’s ideals of service above self and ethical leadership. It’s a moment of celebration and unity, where seasoned Rotarians welcome fresh faces into the fold, eager to share experiences, knowledge, and a passion for making a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

Through the induction process, new members not only join a global network of like-minded individuals but also embark on a journey of personal growth and meaningful contribution.
