The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MAY 30
♦ Charna Ann Bustle, 52, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jordan Randall Fox, 34, of Shiloh Road, Statesville, charged with intimidating a witness, two counts of misdemeanor stalking, and two counts of misdemeanor communicating threats.
MAY 31
♦ Shelby Ray Hernandez, 33, of Newton Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Tommy Wilson Wiley, 58, of Heartwood Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JUNE 1
♦ Brayden Michael Constantino, 20, of Olin Loop, Olin, charged with child abuse with serious physical injury and negligent child abuse with serious bodily injury.
♦ David-Earl Chadwick Willis, 46, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
JUNE 2
♦ David Louis Linton, 50, of Taylorsville Mfg. Road, Taylorsville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
JUNE 3
♦ Keith Andrew Adams, 60, of Park Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor attempted larceny.
♦ Nicholas Vance Byrd, 21, of Wellwood Avenue, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Torrance Jermaine Carter, 36, of Mount Mourne Loop, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and two counts of misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ David Louis Linton, 50, of Taylorsville Mfg. Road, Taylorsville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Edgar Antonio Martinez, 35, of Old Mocksville Road, Statesville, charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.
JUNE 4
♦ Jose Sebian Benavides, 26, of Shady Lane, Monroe, charged with possession of cocaine, resist or delay an officer and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Fabian Steven Benavides-Barrantes, 35, of Woodthrush Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Steven Blane Dalton, 49, of 19th Street SW, Hickory, charged with possession of cocaine and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Dakota Dee Hines, 34, of no fixed address charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change, and sex offender at or near child premises.
♦ Clayton Dean Maxwell, 35, of Tuttlewood Drive, Sherrills Ford, charged with breaking or entering and larceny, and larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Luis Amilcar Ruiz-Meija, 47, of Mason Dixie Lane, Statesville, charged with six counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
JUNE 5
♦ Kenneth Brian Stiltner, 51, of no fixed address charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JUNE 6
♦ Leonard Maurice Lazenby Jr., 41, of Hayworth Lane, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.
