The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 15
♦ Catherine Elise Godbey, 35, of Park Edwards Road, Kannapolis, charged with aid and abet obtaining property by false pretenses, forgery of instruments, uttering a forged endorsement and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Peyton Taylor Huntley, 25, of S. Gardner Avenue, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
APRIL 16
♦ Jacob Robert Jolly, 32, of W. McNeely Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Rodrick Wayne Miller, 39, of Ashe Street, Mooresville, charged with alter or remove a serial number, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a felon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 17
♦ Michael Stephen Zinn, 58, of Town Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen goods.
APRIL 18
♦ Steven Christopher Bruce, 33, of NC Hwy. 83, Maxton, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jacob Paul-Curtis Coles, 30, of Grandview Avenue, Braddock, Pa., charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances possession of a weapon by a felon and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ John Lewis Wilson, 57, of Stonecrest Circle SW, Concord, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 19
♦ Da’Jour Ra’Quan Amadi, 27, of Goodplace Road, Rock Hill, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger, misdemeanor speeding and misdemeanor failure to pull over for police.
♦ Daymeon Ja’Siah Clark, 18, of Forest Lane, Rock Hill, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Ryan Fitzpatrick Coughlin, 33, of Whitman Circle, Mooresville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, violation of a domestic violence protective order and five misdemeanor drug offenses.
APRIL 21
♦ Michael Wayne Morris, 42, of Delargy Circle, Mooresville, charged with stalking.
APRIL 22
♦ William Asbury Tate, 32, of Dunavant Lane, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, credit card fraud, financial identity theft and conspiracy.
APRIL 23
♦ Taleah Paishance Dulin, 19, of 5th Street, Statesville, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Alexander Gonzalez, 33, of Superior Drive, Mooresville, charged with statutory rape of a child under age 16, indecent liberties with a child, statutory sex offense with a child by an adult, and two counts of statutory rape of a child by an adult.
♦ Gianni Demetria Heckstall, 23, of Olde Town Place, Mooresville, charged with felony assault emergency personnel, misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor hit and run with property damage, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
APRIL 24
♦ Simone Catherine Brigham, 48, of N. Church Street, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Jarome Isaiah Harley, 30, of Brookwood Street, Mooresville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Aleesha Rae Oviatt, 27, of Brookwood Street, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 25
♦ Devin Christopher Zawada, 20, of Hopedale Court, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, larceny and misdemeanor assault on a female.
APRIL 27
♦ Tyra Mary-Elizabeth Bouie, 18, of Brahman Meadows Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny and misdemeanor injury to real property.
♦ Jason Thomas Coston Jr., 20, of Abercorne Way, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy to commit larceny, two counts of larceny and misdemeanor injury to real property.
♦ Douglas Corbet Lee, 47, of Young Street, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice, larceny, misdemeanor breaking or entering, and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Conner Norton, 19, of Chuckwood Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, three counts of financial identity theft, three counts of possession of stolen goods and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Kayden Michael Riddle, 19, of E. Waterlynn Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, three counts of financial identity theft, three counts of possession of stolen goods and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
APRIL 28
♦ Thurston Garland Bullock, 29, of Shinnville Ridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property, larceny, larceny of a firearm and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ William Alexander Jones, 57, of Valle Rover Road, Banner Elk, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Manuel Sai Perez-Leon, 35, of Rosewood Lane, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement.
♦ Scott Christopher Robertson, 44, of Haywatchis Drive, Mooresville, charged with 20 counts of possession sexual exploitation of children.
APRIL 29
♦ Marshall Kelvin Turner Jr., 41, of Branch Drive, Cleveland, charged with kidnapping, assault by strangulation, breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, and misdemeanor assault on a female.
APRIL 30
♦ Triana Meichele Alomia, 25, of Southside Avenue, Mooresville, charged with larceny.
♦ Jose Torres, 50, of Green Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with misdemeanor possess or manufacture fraudulent identification, two counts of felony financial identity theft and parole violation.
