The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

APRIL 13
♦ Fred Cox IV, 23, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of a stolen firearm.
♦ Tristan Dijon Garmon, 39, of Mocksville Highway, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting physical injury by strangulation and assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
♦ Channing Nichole Coleman, 24, of Executive Center Place, Mooresville, charged with conspiring to obtain property by false pretenses; exploitation of an older adult or disabled adult by a person in position of trust and confidence; identity theft; and obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Leonard Junior Scott, 72, of 5th Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.

APRIL 14
♦ Matthew Scott Johnson, 44, of York Road, Stony Point, charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking in amphetamine, methamphetamine, and trafficking in opium or heroin.

APRIL 15
♦ Eddie Lee Floyd, 66, of 1st Street, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

APRIL 16
♦ Sabrina Kala Balogh Tamura, 32, of Nelly Green Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

APRIL 17
♦ Charlie Ray Hager, 53, of no fixed address charged with possession of methamphetamine.
♦ Tyrone Lemans Dye Jr., 24, of Grassy Meadow Lane, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana; and possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana.

APRIL 18
♦ Kevin Yurome Turner, 52, of S. Meeting Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

APRIL 22
♦ Cora Brown Tate, 35, of Dunavant Lane, Statesville, charged with financial card theft, conspiracy, financial card fraud, identity theft, and obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Julian Alexander Simmon, 44, of Gaither Road, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Cayla Mechelle Byrd, 30, of Harding Road, Connelly Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

APRIL 24
♦ Justus Paul McCracken, 34, of Wallace Springs Road, Statesville, charged with identity theft.

APRIL 26
♦ Nelson Alterree Bines, 30, of no fixed address charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure.
♦ Charles Matthew Loftin Jr., 36, of Hillside Drive, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering buildings with intent to commit any felony or larceny.
