The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 30
♦ Jocelyn Quianalenette, 18, of no fixed address, charged with assault or affray on a firefighter, EMT, medical responder or hospital security.
♦ Morgan Noel Monroe, 33, of no fixed address, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
♦ Cory Jerome Poston, 51, of Gay Street, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Bradley Keith Sigmon, 55, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
APRIL 3
♦ Toby Lamar Teasley, 34, of Harrill Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine.
APRIL 5
♦ Leonel Amando Martinez, 22, of Foxcroft Lane, Statesville, charged with second-degree kidnapping.
APRIL 6
♦ Ameer Raffet Harrison, 29, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.
APRIL 7
♦ Rebecca Danielle Howard, 36, of Wall Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Ronald Keith Clark, 65, of S. Elm Street, Statesville, charged with larceny after breaking or entering; breaking or entering buildings with intent to commit any felony or larceny therein.
♦ Lee-Jamil Ke’Ruan Miller, 40, of Seven Oaks Lane, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
APRIL 10
♦ Melissa Lynn Koehler, 43, of Baptist Camp Road, Connelly Springs, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Nicole Pollack Hudson, 48, of Baptist Camp Road, Connelly Springs, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Kevin Alan Hudson, 49, Baptist Camp Road, Connelly Springs, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
APRIL 13
♦ Tristan Dijun Garmon, 39, of Mocksville Highway, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, and assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
