Annie Fesperman Beeker, 99, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on August 3, 1921, in Rowan County, N.C., to the late Robert and Annie Kennerly Fesperman. Mrs. Beeker worked at Cascade Mills and Draymore, retired from Lowrance Hospital as the housekeeping supervisor, and later enjoyed being a greeter at Walmart in Mooresville for 12 years. She was a member of Prospect Presbyterian Church in Mooresville.

Mrs. Beeker loved to sew, crochet, and garden; she loved her flowers. She was an avid fisherman; she and her husband would take their camper and go fishing at the Outer Banks and Emerald Isle for months at a time. She could out fish most men. She had a great sense of humor, loved people, and had a heart of gold, always putting others first.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Calvin Beeker Jr.; her beloved dog, Buster; brothers, Donald and Ray Fesperman; sisters, Mary Ellen Fesperman and Ruby Maness; and grandson, Jerimy Beeker.

She is survived by her children, Johnny Beeker (Lori), Debbie Craven, and Tony Beeker (Lisa); grandchildren, Chris Beeker (Heather), LaDonna Beeker, and Nicole Clark (Russell); and great grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan and Cora Beeker.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 27, from 12:30 to 1 p.m. with a service following at 1 p.m. at Prospect Presbyterian Church with Rev. Will Gipe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
