Randall Todd Patterson, born on September 28, 1963, went to Heaven to meet his Jesus on Friday, February 11, 2022, after a long, hard-fought battle with COVID-19. Randall was born in Maiden, N.C., to Robert Edward and the late Kathleen Campbell Patterson.

He was a beloved father to his children, a loving PawPaw to his grandchildren, and a good brother to his siblings. His love for others was quite evident, among his love for classic cars (or as he called them “hotrods”), the Cowboys football team, and all things food-related. He was always known to invest time in others, lend a listening ear, and to help others when needed.

Randall Todd Patterson is survived by his children, Troy Dillon Patterson and Suzanne Patterson, Atasha Coleman and James Coleman, Christopher Blevins and Teanna Patterson, Matt Starbuck, and Josh Miller; his grandchildren, Mila Rose Patterson, Lincoln Todd-Edward Patterson, Ava Kennedy, Daron Kennedy, and Raylynne Coleman; his brothers and sisters, Bonnie Causey and Bryant Causey, Danny Patterson, Ronnie Patterson, Sammy Patterson and Trish Patterson, David Patterson, Eddie Patterson, Tina Haire and Ricky Haire, and Donna Graham and Blake Graham; and his father, Robert Edward Patterson.

He left this earth too soon and will be missed greatly; but oh the promise of Heaven when we will get to see him again.

A public visitation will be held, Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home. A funeral service for Mr. Patterson will be held, Friday, February 18, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Hazlip officiating. Burial will follow at New Life Community Baptist Church Cemetery.
