Jeanette Jenkins Singletary, 62, was born in Philadelphia, Pa., on September 12, 1963, to the late Thomas Dukes, and Minnie Lee Jenkins Govan. She entered into eternal life on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. A husband, William Dale Singletary, also preceded her in death.

Jeanette was a homemaker.

She leaves to cherish the memories of her life, one daughter, Sheadale Singletary (D’Andre Moore); two brothers, Frederick Jenkins (Evelyn) and Theodore Jenkins, both of Philadelphia, Pa.; two grandchildren, Naseem Ashruf, and Harmony Lee

Moore; a host of other cousins, neices, and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
