
Mr. Thomas Wayne Webb Jr., 46, of 526 Bond Street, Statesville, N.C., was born in Allegheny County, Va., on October 10, 1979. He was the son of the late Thomas Wayne Webb Sr. and Phoebe Bosserman Goodman. He departed this life on Friday, April 24, 2026, following an extended illness at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C.
He attended schools in Virginia and received a degree from NASCAR as a technician. At the time of his death, he was employed by Pratt Industries. He loved his family, cars, three-wheelers, and working outside, and he loved his guns.
He was preceded in death by an aunt, Ruby; his granddaughter, Ellie Webb; his grandmother, Ruth Bosserman; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pamela Del and David Stephens; and a host of other relatives. He was united in marriage to Dawn Marie Stephens Webb, who survives.
He leaves to cherish the memory of his life his loving and devoted wife, Dawn Marie Stephens Webb of the home; three sons, Andrew Gray of Harmony, Thomas Webb III of Statesville and Ethan Webb of the home; one daughter, Stephanie (Edward) Loan of Virginia; his grandchildren, Maddie, Lillie, Erick, Cameron, Luca, and Annabelle; his brothers, Ryland Webb, Johnathan Webb and Patrick McCoy, all of Virginia; his sisters, Amanda Grayson and Jessica Eldridge, both of Virginia; his bonus father, Phil Deal; his bonus mother, Christen Stephens; his brother-in-law, Fredrick Deal of Hot Sprints, Va.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including a niece, Sabrina Webb, and the Pratt Industries family.
A Celebration of Life Picnic is planned for the family with food, fellowship and memories. Please continue to keep the family in your prayers.
