The City of Statesville Recreation & Parks Department will hold an interest meeting for an Adult Co-Ed Volleyball League at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, at the Statesville Fitness and Activity Center, 1875 Simonton Road.

This meeting is designed to see if there is enough interest to offer an Adult Co-Ed Volleyball League. Every team interested in playing needs to have a representative present to be up to date with the deadlines and rules.

Leagues: Co-ed; each team consists of at least 3 women and no more than 3 men on the court.
League Entry Fee: $100 per team
Deadline for Roster, Entry Fee, and Non-Resident Fees: Monday, February 1, by 5 p.m.
Roster: 12 Players, Ages 15 and up

COVID-19 Modifications

♦ Spectators limited to 1 spectator per participant up to a maximum of 25 spectators. All spectators must maintain a social distance of 6 feet and wear a cloth face covering.
♦ Limit sharing of balls to within pods.
♦ Disinfect equipment frequently and before use by another pod.
♦ Individuals must maintain 6 feet physical distancing.
