The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 16
♦ Christopher Wayne Barnes, 36, of Compton Road, Rock Hill, S.C. charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Jamen Lee Cowan, 33, of Moose Road, Catawba, charged with five counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Shannon Key Donovan, 21, of Sharon School Road, Statesville, was served with a Governor’s Warrant.

♦ Dominick Anthony Ryan, 30, of Sharon School Road, Statesville, was served with a Governor’s Warrant.

SEPTEMBER 18
♦ Charles Bernard White, 68, of Wilson W. Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Mary Frances Wilmoth, 55, of Regents Park Lane, Greensboro, charged with assault with a deadly weapon on aw enforcement or a government official, breaking or entering and larceny of horses, dogs, mules, swine and cattle., flee to elude arrest, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

SEPTEMBER 19
♦ Sean Walter McCant, 42, of Woodridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with sex offender/fail to report.

SEPTEMBER 20
♦ Ransom Nathaniel Chambers, 42, of Creeks End Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor assault and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Michael David Kistler, 48, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Michael Brandon Shinn, 29, of Noran View Drive, Sherrills Ford, charged with two counts of kidnapping and two counts of first-degree forcible offense.

♦ Cecil Tyler Smith, 22, of E. Hudson Boulevard, Gastonia, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and misdemeanor probation violation.

♦ Demetrius Rashawn Young, 29, of Liberty Hill Road, Claremont, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, felony probation violation and a misdemeanor drug offense.

SEPTEMBER 21
♦ Edward Allen Carroll, 37, of Field Drive, Troutman, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

♦ Roberto Gonzalez Marquez, 28, of Stony Point, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Adrian Rashaun Lyons, 25, of Teeter Road, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Rico Maurice Polk, 29, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Luis Fernando Quetchum-Perez, 25, of Bethlehem Road, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury.

SEPTEMBER 22
♦ Joseph Nicholas Sherrill, 32, of Twilight Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Paul Stephen Tello, 32, of Bannockburn Avenue, Rock Hill, S.C., charged with common law robbery, flee to elude arrest, misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor larceny.
