District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced dispositions in the following cases during the January 25 term of H & I Felony District Court:

♦ Justice Albright pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 5 to 15 months suspended.

♦ Daniel Brockett pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Larceny and was sentenced to 9 to 20 months suspended.

♦ Montreall Barber pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended with a split sentence of four days in custody.

♦ Christopher Gandt pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 5 to 15 months.

♦ Darrick Gillespie pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended.

♦ Ciara Gracey pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended.

♦ Jeremy Lewis pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended with a split sentence of one day in custody.

♦ Richard Moody pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Attempted Larceny and was sentenced to three consecutive suspended sentences of 8 to 19 months.

♦ Samuel Ponce Guzman pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 to 15 moths suspended with a split sentence of 77 days in custody.

♦ Thomas Spaulding pleaded guilty to Felony Manufacture Marijuana and Assault on a Female and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months plus 60 days suspended.

♦ Leigh Smilie pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 120 days suspended.
