District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced dispositions of the following cases during recent terms of court in Iredell County:

♦ Joshua Rice pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Felony Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months in prison.

♦ Gina Kesler pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired, Misdemeanor Flee to Elude Arrest, Resisting a Public Officer and Reckless Driving and was sentenced to six months suspended on the Driving While Impaired and 120 days suspended on the remaining charges.

♦ Donald Crabb pleaded guilty to Sell Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 17 to 30 months suspended with and active split sentence of 105 days in jail.

♦ Tou Xiong pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Stolen Goods and Felony Identity Theft and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months plus 12 to 24 months suspended.

♦ Shannon Burton pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, two counts of Driving While Impaired, Misdemeanor Hit and Run, Misdemeanor Attempt to Alter Title and two counts of Driving While License Revoked – Impaired Revocation. He was sentenced to 15 to 27 months suspended on the Felony Flee to Elude and 24 months plus 12 months on the Driving While Impaired charges, suspended with an active split sentence of 40 days in jail.

♦ James Collins pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 10 to 21 months suspended.

♦ Robert Couser pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.

♦ Brandon Diaz pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Driving While Impaired. He was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended on the Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and six months suspended on the Driving While Impaired.

♦ Austin Hannon pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting a Public Officer and was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

♦ Anita McAlpine pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 10 to 21 months.

♦ Anna Money pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Cyberstalking and was sentenced to 60 days suspended.

♦ Richard Moody pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering, Felony Larceny and Felony Assault by Strangulation. He was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 20 to 33 months in prison.

♦ Rico Polk pleaded guilty to Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances, Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Resisting a Public Officer. He was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.

♦ John Shoaf pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Controlled Substance in Prison/Jail and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months plus 6 to 17 months suspended.

♦ Jamarkus Shuford pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Sell or Deliver Marijuana and was sentence to 5 to 15 months suspended.

♦ Jason Towers pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Domestic Criminal Trespass, Resisting a Public Officer and Communicating Threats and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months plus 120 days in prison.

♦ Deminique Watters pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana up to One-Half Ounce and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

♦ Jaylon Westbrook pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.

♦ Rashad Rogers pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Assault on a Government Officer and was sentenced to 75 days suspended.
