The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 27
♦ Joshua Lynn Sylvester, 30, of Happy Lane, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance.

JANUARY 29
♦ Bradley Montana Reavis, 26, of Manley Lane, Statesville, charged with discharging a firearm into occupied property and misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.

JANUARY 30
♦ Mark Luther Beck, 54, of Cheshire Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ James Timothy Benfield, 47, of Bess Road, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

♦ Tommy Debre McCray, 27, of Lasalle Street, Charlotte, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

JANUARY 31
♦ Cleveland Bronson Foote, 30, of Jaybird Lane, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.

♦ Bobby Joe Gallimore, 57, of Riggs Road, Stony Point, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

♦ Lois Ann McClamrock, 61, of Olin Loop, Olin, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Tevin Dyante Seymore, 24, of Euclid Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

FEBRUARY 1
♦ Troy Douglas, 57, of Phoenix Street, Statesville, charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ James William Heckman, 43, of Weddington Lane, Troutman, charged with sex offender residence limitation violation and sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.

FEBRUARY 2
♦ Justin Tyrell Gaither, 35, of Windrush Court, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, and two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine.

♦ Patricia Marie Sanchez, 30, of Troutman Avenue, Mooresville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Charles Smith Jr., 32, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with identity theft, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 3
♦ Charles Smith Jr., 32, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine.
