The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 23
♦ Devin Shaughn Gaither, 35, of Tabor Road, Olin, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change and sex offender/fail to notify sex offender.
MARCH 24
♦ Trejahn Everett Hagens, 21, of Spring Lake Drive, Troutman, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for use or sale of a controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
MARCH 26
♦ Kayla Busbey Hilton, 40, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance.
MARCH 27
♦ Chanie Susan Ramseur, 74, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with welfare fraud.
♦ Lillie Louise Ramseur, 58, of Connor Street, Statesville, charged with welfare fraud and misdemeanor failure to return hired property.
♦ Robert Ray White, 52, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with kidnapping and misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury.
MARCH 28
♦ Milton Bladimir Quintanilla, 41, of Sloans Mill Road, Olin, was served with three true bill felony indictments.
♦ Derek Kane Smith, 34, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of probation violation and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 29
♦ Kenneth Lee McClure Jr., 31, of Lutz Avenue, Mooresville, charged with probation violation.
♦ Travis Demond Moore, 50, of Phifer Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, possession of cocaine and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Jonathan Lee Nichols, 34, of 17th Avenue NE, Hickory, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Justin Michael Spradling, 40, of Cedar Ridge Loop, Statesville, charged with three counts of larceny, three counts of possession of stolen goods, and three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
MARCH 30
♦ Dwayne Pernell Allgood Jr., 20, of Grafman Circle, Huntersville, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
♦ Mariah Cynthia Katheri Coley, 26, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy.
♦ Kevin James Gambrell, 46, of Beauty Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change, four counts of sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of new online ID, habitual felon and misdemeanor obstruction of justice.
♦ Jason Lee Padgett, 50, of Curt Road, Union Grove, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Andrew Gray Stuart, 26, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy.
