District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s office announced dispositions in the following cases during recent terms of H and I Felony District Court in Iredell County:

♦ Ernie Burns pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison followed by a suspended sentence of 12-24 months.

♦ Troy Shook pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods and was sentenced to 15 days suspended.

♦ Jacob Gifford pleaded guilty to Assault by Strangulation and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Royce Cox pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.

♦ Ian Bass pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail and Larceny of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Joseph Reid pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three consecutive suspended sentences of 5-15 months.

♦ Alvontario Sturgis pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Brian Crider pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.

♦ Keishawn Hatchett pleaded guilty to two counts of Larceny of Firearm, Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 5-15 months.

♦ Daniel Gregory pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 9-20 months in prison.

♦ Sarah Luffman pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Madison Killian pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and Felony Possession of Fentanyl and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.

♦ Tanna Oliver pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.

♦ Christy Skeens pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of LSD and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Russell Gilbert pleaded guilty to Break or Enter Motor Vehicle and Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended at the expiration of the sentence defendant is currently serving in the Department of Adult Correction.

♦ Jakeb Arnott pleaded guilty to Manufacture Marijuana and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended with an active split sentence of 90 days in jail.

♦ Alexander Thomas pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Child Abuse and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.

♦ Kimberly Tuttle pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.

♦ Thomas Chapman pleaded guilty to Larceny of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.

♦ Michael Oliver pleaded guilty to Possession of Stolen Firearm and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Karma Ramirez pleaded guilty to Assault on Emergency Personnel and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Donald Hart pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 9-19 months in prison.

♦ Anthony Hill pleaded guilty to one count of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison.

♦ Keri Harwell pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Stanley Everhart pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Herbert Gilbert pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Assault on Government Official and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison.

♦ Tiffany Mounts pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended with an active split sentence of seven days in jail.
