The following cases were among those disposed of during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:

♦ Patrice Blackwood pleaded guilty to Attempted Malicious Conduct by a Prisoner and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended and six months suspended.

♦ Casey Garrett pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison.

♦ Tony Burke pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to three counts of Deliver Cocaine and two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.

♦ Romario Evans pleaded no contest to Misdemeanor Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

♦ Jamye Stevens pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.

♦ Andrea Hill pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Sell Marijuana and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Miranda Lamberth pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 19-32 months in prison.

♦ Jackie Capps pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 13-25 months suspended with an active split sentence of 120 days in jail.

♦ Scottie Pawelski pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.

♦ Thomas Rearick pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Kidnapping and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 85-162 months in prison. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, and a permanent no-contact order with the victim was issued by the Court.

♦ Dusty McHargue pleaded guilty to Attempted Second-Degree Burglary and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison.

♦ Sammy Colbert pleaded guilty to five counts of Attempted Identity Theft and was sentenced to five consecutive sentences of 15-27 months suspended.

♦ Jonathan Wright pleaded guilty to two counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Child and was sentenced to 29-95 months in prison, followed by 29-95 months suspended.

♦ Lenneek Thompson pleaded guilty to two counts of Identity Theft and two counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 22-36 months in prison.

♦ Emmanuel Shaw pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 15-27 months in prison. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, and a permanent no-contact order with the victim was issued by the Court.

♦ Delfio Delgado pleaded guilty to four counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to four consecutive suspended sentences of 15-27 months. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, and a permanent no-contact order with the victim was issued by the Court

♦ Jaleel Phifer pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Sell or Deliver a Counterfeit Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended.

♦ Virginia Roseboro pleaded guilty to five counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 8-19 months suspended.

♦ Teonte Heller pleaded guilty to Identity Theft and was sentenced to 15-27 months suspended.

♦ Trake Honeycutt pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 15-27 months plus 5-15 months suspended with an active split sentence of 180 days in custody.

♦ Ashley Clarke pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15-27 months plus 9-20 months with an active split sentence of 90 days in custody.

♦ O’Jarrey Williams pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Felony Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.

♦ Krispen Blackler pleaded guilty to Assault with Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 22-39 months in prison.

♦ Fred Blackmon pleaded guilty to two counts of Assault with Deadly Weapon on Government Official and was sentenced to 16-29 months suspended.

♦ Charles Crooks pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 13-25 months suspended.

♦ James Glinski pleaded guilty to Assault with Deadly Weapon on Government Official, Malicious Conduct by a Prisoner and Breaking or Entering a Law Enforcement Vehicle and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.

♦ Jose Martinez Rodriguez pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Trafficking in Cocaine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.

♦ Joseph Sherrill pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Opium or Heroin, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Controlled Substance within 1,000 Feet of School and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 36-56 months in prison.

♦ Latrina Daye pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear on Felony, three counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison.

♦ Tiewon Miller pleaded guilty to three counts of Attempted Trafficking in Opium or Heroin and two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 24-38 months in prison and 24-38 months suspended.

♦ Eric Clay pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Felony Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison and 7-18 months in prison.

♦ Brandy Black pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 36-56 months in prison.

♦ Jermanie Jackson pleaded guilty to Felony Indecent Exposure and two counts of Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, and a permanent no-contact order with the victims was issued by the Court.

♦ Tammy Blair pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.

♦ Randal Myricks pleaded no contest to Attempted Trafficking in Cocaine and Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 19-32 months plus 9-20 months in prison.

♦ Rico Polk pleaded guilty to two counts of Assault with Deadly Weapon on Law Enforcement, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, two counts of Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle, Sell Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 21-35 months plus 17-30 months in prison.

♦ Tavion Shipp pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Burglary, Felony Larceny and 10 counts of Felony Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison followed by 11-23 months plus 9-20 months plus 9-20 months suspended.

♦ Madison Uptain pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.

♦ Ebonee Rahman pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Misdemeanor Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.

♦ Joseph Menshe pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana and Manufacturing Marijuana and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
