The following cases were disposed of during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:

♦ Daniel Butterhof pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.

♦ Brandon McCoy pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail/Prison and was sentenced to 10-21 months in prison.

♦ Kingsley Perkins pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail/Prison and was sentenced to 10-21 months in prison.

♦ Michael Perry pleaded guilty to Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury, Larceny after Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 35-54 months in prison.

♦ Fredrick Rankin pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 9-20 months in prison.

♦ Darius Franklin pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.

♦ Justin Dalton pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.

♦ David Cole pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Freeman White pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended.

♦ Thomas Freeland pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Possession of Heroin and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 9-20 months in prison.

♦ Joshua Wingate pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Driving While Impaired and Driving After Consuming Under 21. He was sentenced to 10-21 months plus 10-21 months plus 6-17 months in prison, followed by probation on the Driving While Impaired and Driving After Consuming Under 21.

♦ William Brown pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 10 days in custody.

♦ Tammy Domenick pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to eight counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison followed by two consecutive sentences of 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Anthony Babson pleaded guilty to Assault on a Female and Communicating Threats and was sentenced to 75 days plus 45 days suspended.

♦ Jhonathan Morales pleaded guilty to Assault with Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 26-44 months in prison.

♦ Cody Barber pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.

♦ Jeremy Johnson pleaded guilty to Breaking or Entering to Terrorize and two counts of Assault on Female and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.

♦ Derwin Turner pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule I Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.

♦ Katina Bennett pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended.

♦ Darwin Markham pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and was sentenced to 13-25 months suspended and was ordered to register as a sex offender.

♦ Hunter Gaither pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 15-27 months suspended.

♦ David McAlister pleaded guilty to Habitual Larceny, two counts of Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts, Misdemeanor Larceny and Driving While Impaired. He was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended with an active split sentence of 60 days in jail.

♦ Charlie Weaver pleaded guilty to Felony Child Abuse and was sentenced to 13-25 months suspended with an active split sentence of 90 days in jail.

♦ Jason St. Pierre pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.

♦ April Humphries pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Trafficking in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.

♦ O’Nasjharay Kirkland pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 20-36 months in prison.

♦ Stephane Barber pleaded guilty to Assault with Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 29-47 months in prison.

♦ William Moua pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended.

♦ Kelton McNair pleaded guilty to Identity Theft and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.

♦ Anthony Keller pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Kenneth Foard pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery, Conspire to Commit Common Law Robbery and Resisting a Public Officer and was sentenced to 21-35 months in prison.

♦ Vanassa Justus pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Sell or Deliver Cocaine, Identity Theft and Involuntary Manslaughter and was sentenced to 31-47 months in prison.

♦ Mark Hinson pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 27-42 months in prison.

♦ Cameron Bacon pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail/Prison and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.

♦ Trent Mangum pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Opium and was sentenced to 23-37 months in prison.

♦ Devion Coleman pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with Dangerous Weapon, Felony Breaking or Entering and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 36-56 months in prison.

♦ Donald Chambers pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Discharging Weapon into Occupied Property and was sentenced to 89-119 months in prison.

♦ Terry Rankin pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Opium or Heroin and was sentenced to 90-120 months in prison.

♦ Steven Crooms pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 30-45 months in prison.

♦ Robert Jenkins pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and other drug charges and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.

♦ Roy Smyre pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Opium or Heroin and was sentenced to 90-120 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
