The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 12
♦ Kenneth Wray Hoppes, 46, of King Street, High Point, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Mario Lamar Kaiser, 28, of N. Tryon Street, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and two counts of identity theft.

♦ Jack Randall Massey, 29, of Walton Drive, Statesville, charged with four counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Rebecca Lynn Roberts, 34, of Kay Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Jerry Wayne Sloan, 37, of Knight’n’Gale Drive, Mooresville, charged with flee/elude arrest in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor child abandonment and numerous driving infractions.

♦ Joshua Michael Waugh, 36, of Amity Hill Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

JANUARY 13
♦ Daniel Elliot Butterhof, 34, of Highway 152, Mooresville, charged with four counts of felony larceny.

♦ Ransom Nathaniel Chambers, 44, of Powell Bridge Road, Harmony, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

♦ Amanda Sue Jones, 38, of Ewart Road, Huntersville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering, two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, two counts of felony larceny, five counts of felony conspiracy, and six counts of misdemeanor conspiracy.

♦ David Andre Mitchell, 55, of Crosspoint Lane, Mooresville, charged with indecent liberties with children.

♦ Robert Dale Morton Jr., 29, of Walter Street, Huntersville, charged with six counts of breaking or entering, four counts of felony conspiracy, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking or entering, five counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property, misdemeanor trespass, and five counts of misdemeanor conspiracy.

JANUARY 14
♦ Eugenio Mata Carbajal, 30, of Deep Water Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Ernest Antonio Chambers, 49, of Wilson W. Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious injury on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Justin Daniel James, 28, of Ramblewood Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Dashawn Darius-Kenyon Johnson, 25, of Lasalle Street, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, misdemeanor assault on a female, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Michael Allen Richardson, 30, of Ramblewood Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Terrence Demario Williams, 39, of Laramie Court, Troutman, charged with interfere with a jail fire system, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor possession of a dangerous weapon in jail.

JANUARY 15
♦ Charles Matthew Alexander, 36, of Wedgewood Drive, Winston-Salem, charged with two counts of purchase or possess a firearm by a person subject to domestic violence rules, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, two misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon, and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.

♦ Eugenio Mata Carbajal, 30, of Deep Water Road, Statesville, charged with conspiracy.

♦ Nicholas Scott Cone, 40, of Crawford Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and misdemeanor breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

♦ Timmy Wayne Sharpe, 52, of Hobbs Lane, Mooresville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Angela Morgan Wolowitz, 27, of Shady Reach Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, conspiracy and harboring or aiding escape.

JANUARY 17
♦ Ransom Nathaniel Chambers, 44, of Powell Bridge Road, Harmony, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Dakoda Michael Drake, 26, of Lynns Street, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

♦ Steven Walter Graham, 53, of Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 18
♦ Nicholas Dean Des Barres, 45, of Tampa Avenue, Reseda, Calif., charged with solicitation of child by computer, seven counts of disseminate obscenity, three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

♦ Chazman Antonio Houston, 37, of Hickory Nut Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and misdemeanor possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.

♦ John Walter Neff, 60, of Cornelius Road, Mooresville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender and fail to notify sheriff of address change by sex offender.
