Mooresville Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a stolen 2020 Yamaha R6 motorcycle and carry-on utility trailer.

On April 4, an unknown suspect driving a Chevy Silverado stole a utility trailer hauling a black 2020 Yamaha R6 from the Parian Apartments, according to the MPD.

The suspect vehicle is described as a late 1990s or early 2000s grey/blue Chevy Silverado with black front fenders, a silver/white hood, and a silver/white bed cover, police said. From video footage, it appears that the truck is also missing its rear bumper.
