Patsy Sue Ward, 85, of Statesville, NC, passed away on October 3, 2022. She was born July 16, 1937, in Rowan County, N.C.

Patsy was preceded in death by her mother, Creda Mae Ward; aunt, Zelma Seamon; uncles, Cecil Ward, Bob Ward, Richard Ward, Leonard Ward, and J.D. Ward; and grandparents, Roy and Bertha Ward.

Left to cherish her memory are a host of cousins.

Patsy graduated from Woodleaf High School. She worked at Mocksville Manufacturing and retired from Fifer Industries. She enjoyed traveling, quilting, ceramics, and collecting antique dolls.

Services for Patsy are being held Friday, October 7, 2022, at Needmore Baptist Church Cemetery. A graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. with burial to follow.
