District Attorney Sarah Kirkman announced dispositions in the following cases during recent terms of H & I Felony District Court in Iredell County:

♦ Anthony Aremia pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Flee to Elude Arrest, Driving While License Revoked Impaired Revocation and Speeding 116 in a 65 and was sentenced to 120 days suspended.

♦ Adam Arabis pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended with an active split sentence of 60 days in jail.

♦ Dwayne Brown pleaded guilty to 17 counts of Felony Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to three consecutive suspended sentences of 5-15 months. He was ordered to pay restitution to the victims.

♦ Michael Davis pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.

♦ Brandon Moody pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 9-20 months.

♦ Taz Scronce pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods and was sentenced to 7-18 months suspended.

♦ Cory Stewart pleaded no contest to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and Felony Financial Card Theft and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Donnell Stribling pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Resisting an Officer and was sentenced to 11-23 months suspended.

♦ Jessica Trigg pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Felony Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended.

♦ Antonio Whitworth pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 11-23 months suspended with and active split sentence of 45 days in jail.

♦ Ryan Aryeetey pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Flee to Elude Arrest, Speeding 105 in a 65 and Reckless Driving and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.

♦ April Houston pleaded guilty to four counts of Embezzlement and Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Corey Lampkin pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny Using Emergency Door and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended with an active split sentence of 10 days in jail.

♦ Amond Young pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Assault Causing Physical Injury to Detention Employee and one count of Misdemeanor Assault on Government Officer and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 4-14 months plus 45 days in jail.
